Aren’t these vintage puddling moulds from Kay Loves Vintage  just to die for? And, of course, what you can produce in them. I do love a good blancmange!

One day, when I grow up, I’m going to have a dedicated laundry room like this one owned by Sarah Hartill, Style Editor of Canada’s House and Home magazine. Isn’t that curtain pretty?

1Canoe2 Letterpress Recipe Cards and Box April 20, 2009

As a trainee domestic goddess and enthusiastic adapter of recipes, I’m coveting these beautiful letterpress recipe cards and wooden box by 1canoe2. There are 40 letterpressed recipe cards with all images hand drawn and printed on 100lb and 140lb cardstock. Tabs are cut by hand, and have the following words: entrees, appetizers, soups and salads, treats, bread, side dishes and beverages while the box is made by one of the creative duo’s dads. How sweet is that? It might inspire me to come up with some delicious recipes to hand down to future generations, like my mean roasted veggie lasagne and breakfast smoothie. Want!

I’ve been labelling things again. I bought the Dee Puddy labels I showed you a little while ago – they now do sugar labels too – and placed them on some Le Parfait jars I bought at the local kitchen shop. For those provisions which don’t have their own porcelain label, I used pretty paper ones. Doesn’t it all look lovely?

This is my wishlist from Falmouth based Willow & Stone. They principally sell door knockers and other hardware but have a small and lovely selection of homewares, like this scoop, ribbon and antique pots. Thankfully they do mail order so I don’t have to traipse all the way to Cornwall. Not that I’d mind *too* much.

Isn’t this the most gorgeous kitchen? I love the whiteness and the light and the layout and the yellow chairs. Oh to have my own house again instead of renting!

I’d be so tempted to buy these David Shrigley salt and pepper pots if they were a little bit cheaper. Can you imagine the look on your mum’s face if she came to dinner? Priceless!
